Mr. Subhash Chander Singhal is a seasoned technocrat with over 38 years of experience in the oil and gas sector. A Chemical Engineering graduate from BITS Pilani and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), he has held leadership roles with Bharat Petroleum in India and Kuwait National Petroleum Company. He has been part of project management teams for world-scale refinery projects in the USA, Japan, South Korea, and Kuwait, and has served as a Technical Advisor on several strategic initiatives.
Since joining RKTC Group in 2022, he has been guiding the company’s new investment strategies, leading the Business Improvement team, and advising on HR policies. As Chairman, he brings global expertise and strategic vision to drive RKTC’s growth and governance.
Mr. Amar Agrawal is a seasoned businessman with a commerce background and extensive experience in establishing and managing industrial projects in the Power, Steel, and Ferro Alloys sectors. With a strong grasp of industrial operations, financial management, and strategic growth, he has successfully steered ventures in the energy and steel domains, contributing significantly to the Group’s expansion.
He joined RKTC Group of Companies in the early 1990s as a founder member and has since played a vital role in shaping its journey. Mr. Agrawal oversees finance and banking operations for the Group, ensuring disciplined growth and sound governance. Beyond business, he is an active philanthropist, widely respected for his amicable disposition and commitment to community welfare.
A visionary entrepreneur and founding member with a commerce background, Mr. Sushil Singhal has been pivotal in setting up the Civil & Logistics verticals of RKTC Group. His entrepreneurial foresight and commitment to excellence have shaped the foundation of the Group’s diversified operations.
With a proven record in establishing and managing large-scale infrastructure projects, he has been instrumental in driving growth, efficiency, and innovation across the Group. His expertise in project management, financial forecasting, and strategic planning has positioned him as a respected leader in the industry, known for delivering results with integrity.
A dynamic and hands-on leader, Mr. Singhal continues to guide the Group’s day-to-day operations while steering its long-term strategic vision.
Mr. Anil Rai is a retired senior administrator with over 30 years of experience in the government sector and more than 15 years in civil infrastructure development. He has led large-scale projects in roads, irrigation, and public works, including the execution of over 1,000 km of roads and flyovers within two years as Managing Director of the Chhattisgarh Road Development Corporation.
He has overseen infrastructure and irrigation projects worth over INR 30,000 crores. Mr. Rai has also collaborated closely with international agencies such as the Asian Development Bank and World Bank on several state-funded projects.
With his deep expertise in infrastructure development, project financing, and regulatory frameworks, Mr. Rai brings valuable objectivity and strategic insight to the company’s governance, ensuring strong performance and protection of shareholder interests.
Mr. Sharad Chandak is a seasoned banker with over 36 years of leadership experience at the State Bank of India (SBI) across India and the UK. He has held several key positions, including Chief General Manager of SBI’s Lucknow Circle and CEO & Director of SBI UK Ltd., where he successfully expanded operations, strengthened compliance, and improved profitability.
He also served as Nominee Director of India Infrastructure Finance Company (UK) Ltd., where his strategic decisions significantly reduced NPAs and restored profitability.
Recognized with prestigious awards such as the Freedom of the City of London (2022) and a Lifetime Achievement Award by the Indian Investor Federation (2024), Mr. Chandak brings deep expertise in finance, governance, and risk management, adding immense value to the company’s Board.
Dr. Kamakshi Sharma is an accomplished academic and researcher with expertise in Strategic Management, Innovation, and Competitiveness. A Ph.D. from IIT Delhi, she has worked on global consultancy projects with organizations such as the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Asian Development Bank, NABARD Consultancy Services, and the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship.
She has published extensively in reputed international journals, presented award-winning research at global conferences, and has teaching experience at leading institutions including IIM Jammu, Chandigarh University, and Lovely Professional University.
With her strong background in strategy, policy, and innovation, Dr. Sharma brings valuable independent perspective to the Board, contributing to governance, strategic growth, and long-term value creation for stakeholders.
Akash Singhal is the Chief Executive Officer of RKTC Group, leading its growth across mining, infrastructure, and industrial projects. A graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, he began his career in finance and data analytics before returning to India to drive RKTC’s expansion. Identifying mining as a strategic vertical, he established and scaled the Group’s mining division into a core business pillar.
Under his leadership, RKTC has executed complex projects in extraction, logistics, and infrastructure, leveraging advanced technologies to enhance efficiency, safety, and compliance. Akash continues to focus on sustainable growth, strategic partnerships, and innovation, positioning RKTC as a trusted partner in nation-building and industrial excellence.
Mr. Sachin Agrawal is the Chief Operating Officer of RKTC Group and plays a pivotal role in managing its large-scale mining, infrastructure, and logistics operations. A commerce graduate, he brings strong expertise in operations management, financial oversight, and strategic execution.
Known for his results-oriented approach, Mr. Agrawal has been instrumental in streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and integrating technology into daily operations, thereby improving efficiency and cost effectiveness. He works closely with teams to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and timeliness.
As COO, he continues to drive operational excellence and sustainable growth, aligning execution with RKTC’s long-term vision and strengthening its position as a trusted partner in nation-building projects.
Mr. Parth Singhal leads the Projects and Execution function at RKTC Group, overseeing the planning and delivery of large-scale mining, infrastructure, and industrial ventures. A graduate with a BBA (Hons) degree from Kingston University, UK, he brings a global outlook combined with a practical, hands-on approach to project delivery.
He has been instrumental in introducing modern project management systems, advanced construction practices, and rigorous monitoring frameworks that improve efficiency and mitigate risks. Known for his collaborative style and attention to detail, Mr. Singhal works closely with teams on the ground to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
